About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to tuition arranged with Agora Learnings. By booking classes you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your child.

Our classes

We provide live one-to-one online lessons for students in Grades 1 to 10 following the CBSE, ICSE or State Board curricula. Subjects, schedule and fees are agreed with you before classes begin.

Fees and payment

Fees and payment terms are confirmed in writing before your child’s first class.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if your child cannot attend a class. Our rescheduling and cancellation policy is shared with you when you enrol.

During online classes

• A parent or guardian should be available nearby during lessons for younger children.
• Classes must not be recorded or shared without the agreement of both the family and Agora Learnings.
• We expect respectful behaviour from students, families and teachers alike.

Results

We work hard to help every child improve, but we cannot guarantee particular marks or exam results.
