Questions parents ask
Straight answers about how classes work. If your question isn’t here, ask us on WhatsApp.
Who are the classes for?
Students in Grades 1 to 10 following the CBSE, ICSE or a State Board curriculum. Most of our families live in the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
Are classes one-to-one or in groups?
One-to-one. Each class is a live video session between your child and their teacher, so the lesson follows your child’s pace and questions.
Which subjects do you teach?
Mathematics, English and Science at every grade, EVS in Grades 1 and 2, and Social Studies from Grade 3 to Grade 10.
Who are the teachers?
Qualified educators who know the CBSE, ICSE and State Board syllabuses and what their assessments expect.
What does my child need to join a class?
A laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to sit. Headphones help younger children focus.
How are class times arranged?
Timings are agreed with you when we set up your child’s plan. Message us on WhatsApp and we will work out what suits your family.
How much do classes cost?
Fees depend on the grade, the subjects and how many sessions a week your child needs. We share the exact fees when we speak with you, before you commit to anything.
Do you offer a free trial class?
We don’t run free trial classes. Instead, message us on WhatsApp: we will understand your child’s needs, explain how classes work and answer your questions before you decide.
How will I know my child is improving?
Your child’s plan is built around specific strengths and gaps, and we keep parents informed about what has been covered and what comes next.
Still have a question?
Message us on WhatsApp with your child’s grade and what they need help with. We’ll explain how classes work and answer your questions. No obligation.
