Who we are

Agora Learnings provides live one-to-one online tuition for students in Grades 1 to 10. You can contact us at info@agoralearnings.com.

What we collect

• When you message us: your name, your child’s grade and curriculum, and anything you choose to tell us about their needs. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we also receive your WhatsApp number and profile name.
• When your child takes classes: the information needed to arrange and run lessons, such as your child’s first name, grade, subjects and class schedule.
• When you visit the website: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for more information than we need, and we do not ask children to submit personal information through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and explain our classes.
• To arrange, deliver and follow up on your child’s lessons.
• To keep you informed about your child’s progress.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Your child’s teacher, and the service providers that help us operate, such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, our email provider, our video-class platform and our website host. Each processes data under its own terms and only for the service it provides to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to answer them and follow up, and student records for as long as your child is learning with us, plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child by emailing info@agoralearnings.com.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
